We deliver all across Metro Manila which is subject to availability and should be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Our delivery drivers only guarantee the prompt arrival of your order within the quoted window.

Delivery Policy (For Parties@Home and Rentals & Services)

Our normal delivery hours are 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday. We deliver all across the UAE which is subject to availability and should be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Our delivery drivers only guarantee the prompt arrival of your order within the quoted window; we will also bring the order inside the building but do not perform setup duties not unless paid. Shipping charges apply accordingly for regular or same day delivery.

Same Day Delivery – Additional charge of AED100

Accurate delivery details such as complete name, address, telephone numbers and contact person must be provided. Please include well known establishments or landmarks to ensure on-time delivery. If delivery attempted but not completed because of inaccurate or incomplete information the sender will still be charged.

Product and Service Complaints

Product or services complaints must be reported within 12 hours upon receive of the products or services to secure possible issuance of either its replacements or refunds limited to material inherent defects only.

Applicable Law

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principles. The competent court in the United Arab Emirates shall decide on any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement.
