Each membership is for one specific child — not a family plan or parent account. Every child who wants to be a member needs their own plan.

No — but we make it easy for families! Child #1 pays full price. Child #2 and beyond get 15% off their membership. Babies 7 months and under join completely free when visiting with a paid sibling member. Note: the sibling discount applies to membership price only, not food, drinks, or parties.

No — memberships are valid only at the location where purchased. They cannot be transferred or used at any other Cheeky Monkeys venue.

Socks are not included in the membership. Bring your own or grab a pair at the front desk before you play!

Every visit includes 2 hours of play. Need more time? Extra play is $4.99/hr — just ask the front desk before your time is up.

A guest pass lets your child bring a friend for free! Stars members get 1 pass/month; Legends members get 2 passes/month. They reset each month and don't roll over to the next.

No — Cheeky Stars is weekdays only (Mon–Fri). For weekend access, upgrade to Cheeky Legends at $59.99/month. It's only $20 more and unlocks every day of the week plus an extra guest pass.

Both plans include:

These discounts apply each month for as long as your membership is active.

Memberships auto-renew monthly on your billing date, charged by your home location.

You can cancel after your first 3 months, with at least 15 days' notice before your next renewal date. Please speak with a manager at the front desk to process your cancellation.

Yes! You can freeze your membership once per 12-month period for up to 1 month, after your first 3 months. Just ask a manager at the front desk to get started.

Refunds are handled case-by-case by management. Please ask for a manager at the front desk — front desk staff are not able to issue refunds directly.

Memberships are purchased in store at the front desk of your local Cheeky Monkeys. Just visit us, pick your plan, and our team will get everything set up for you. You'll need to visit the specific location you'd like your membership to be tied to.
