For same day delivery request, additional AED100 will be applied excluding delivery charges.

Is the same day delivery possible for Rentals & Services?
Yes! Please order by the time listed below for each city:
Dubai and Sharjah – Order before 12noon
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah, Ajman – Order before 10:30am
Balloon Bouquet or decoration must be ordered not later than 24 hours or one day before.

Am I secured while using my credit/debit card for payment?
All credit card information is passed through UCC SSL certificates, which categorized in to the world-class standards in online credit card security. How much is down payment deposit for Outdoor parties or rentals & services booking?
A mandatory 50% down payment will be applied upon checking out of your order.
What is the minimum value for placing an order for outdoor parties or rentals & services?
The minimum value for placing an order for Outdoor Party is AED1800 is required for Dubai and AED3000 for all other Emirates.
Non-Corporate Rentals & Services minimum booking order will be AED1000 is required for delivery in Dubai and AED2500 for all other Emirates.
For Corporate Rentals & Services minimum booking order will be AED5000 is required for delivery in Dubai and AED8-10,000 for all other Emirates.
What are the delivery charges?

Only in Al Barsha 1 area with minimum spent amount OF AED 500 on weekdays (Sun-Thurs) but on weekends subject to availability and minimum amount is AED 750.
